BURUNDI:  AN ACTION  IN ORDER TO WAKE UP  THE OLD DEVILS !

That it is PA AMASEKANYA, UPRONA-MUKASI, AC GENOCIDE, ACCORD CADRE ... ( Burundese Tutsi  Extreme Right -BTER - ) or the PALIPEHUTU... ( Burundese Hutu  Extreme Right -BHER), with due respect to the two extremes, one notices that burundese'citizens are more concerned in their daily of socio-economical's questions concerns (to eat, get dressed, look after themselves, educate themselves...) that ethnical !

In January 2006, when the government decided to release temporarily from the political prisoners imprisoned under the Dictatorship, of many people  appreciated the gesture... "Finally a beginning of Justice!"
It was a delicate subject because this "release" had like an symbolic  gesture ...
Victory of the democrats against  the  - Ancien Régime -  !

Of course, the sons and daughters of the   - Ancien Régime -     fought during the burundese  civil war  by the rebellion today in government , appreciated by no means this act, perceived like an challenge.
One discovered at the beginning of January, a so astonishing thing, on behalf of the  public and private media , like some burundeses organizations... They called on the Burundese Tutsi  Extreme Right   -BTER -  , worrying by no means about the consequences... The danger is that this irresponsible gesture caused within the population of the feelings being able to lead until ethnicals confrontations ! What alerted some and, gave ideas to others.

Last week, whereas the President of the Republic, had just surprised and to denounce an attempt at putsch in progress, two former presidents of league ITEKA under the Dictatorship, Mr. Christophe Sebudandi and Mr. Ntakarutimana Pie, suddenly had the idea to seize justice in connection with these political prisoners (v. in supra) . All that, in the shape of a trio of organizations of the civil society !

According to, the initiative of this civic coalition "ITEKA - OAG - FORSC" which goes to opposite of the governmental action, the decisions of last February and January, go against the international law! Knowing passionately, as mentioned above, than this subject is charms for the organizations of extreme right  (1).

One remembers the " policy of the camps of regrouping of 1996 to 2001 ( X )" where the life moreover 800 000 Burundeses citizens were concerned! These same representatives of this civic coalition were the first to defend it and support it. Today, here they are to resort to the ridiculed international law! It is indeed a joke on behalf of this negative civic force ! They do not mislead people through their actions!
