BURUNDI: "NEGATIVE FORCES" AMONG GOVERNMENTAL COALITION NKURUNZIZA 1ST.

Whereas government NKURUNZIZA 1ST, composed of a coalition of parties, in function for one six-month period, has had enormous challenges to raise in order to leave the country its extreme poverty, great economic stagnation...
An environment noninterdependent , hypocritical , putschist invade the team. You one goes towards a governmental rehandling?

Some parties of the governmental coalition do not play game frankly! The double tendency to show that at the same time, one is with the government and, at the same time, against, aggravates!

The example among others, the old "SINGLE party" which still profits from favorable Hora as well among any soldiers as in the civil company as it built... With the place, to make all this force auxiliary, or positive, with the team of which it makes party, it prefers the "negative one"! Knowing that the equivalent of the "Prime Minister" for the government, the first Vice President of the Republic, results from UPRONA.

In the first months of the beginning of mandate, the government had privileged to try to regulate the conflict with Fnl-palipehutu, which had passed to the first rank of the sedentary problems of the nation. Since nearly one month, the sedentary question had passed in the second plan, preceded in that by the urgency of the socio-economic challenges ( food, health, education...) to raise.

The UPRONA, consequently, prefers to bring back the debate to ethnical dimensions... In particular on the provisional release of the political prisoners under the Dictatorship.

Under influence of  ITEKA, Amnesty International, then HRW, draw with red ball, on the democratic government, as regards the Humans right, whereas, in this small country of Eastern Africa which is the poorest third in the world, of the significant political moments, requiring to show a stability, a cohesion or a some "confidence" with international partners, arrive!

One surprises, thereafter, with the approach of the electoral advertisement of D.R. CONGO's the calendar, that..., of the burundese's politico-soldiers think about a Coup !

A Cabinet "interdependent" ! Together with the opposition, some take part to distract on a debate exceeded concerning to bring back  with the negotiation with Fnl-palipehutu RWASA , creating a cacophony on an international level.

Here is assistance of the coalition! The image of the country is spirit to tarnish. But until when?
